【Deuteronomy 22:8】

「"When you build a new house, 　then you shall make a parapet for your roof, 　that you may not bring guilt of bloodshed 　on your household if anyone falls from it.」　　 Amen. 　It contains specific regulations. For example, if you see an ox, sheep, or ass wandering or fallen, you must help it. Also, if you see a mother bird with chicks or eggs, you must not take the mother bird with her young. And if you build a new house, it is written that you should put a railing on the roof.
