Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. A new morning always carries fresh possibilities, but it can also awaken fresh concerns. There may be appointments you are thinking about, conversations you are quietly preparing for or decisions that seem bigger than your own understanding. Before this day unfolds, remember that God is never asking you to walk into unfamiliar places by yourself. Long before this sunrise reached your window, the Lord was already preparing the path before you.  Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV) “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” What a reassuring promise to begin the day. God’s presence is not something we hope to discover later; it is already waiting for us in every moment we have yet to experience. Wherever this day may lead, His faithfulness will arrive there before our fears do. So today, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ goes before us, walks beside us and remains faithful through every step we take. Father, thank You for this new beginning. Thank You that Your wisdom is already at work in the moments we cannot yet see, Your grace is ready for every challenge and Your love continues to hold us securely. Lord Jesus, bless every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, courage to those facing uncertainty, wisdom to those making important decisions and renewed hope to everyone who feels overwhelmed. Help us walk forward with confidence, trusting that You are already preparing the way before us. Holy Spirit, awaken our hearts to recognise God’s guidance, strengthen our faith in quiet ways and help us become a source of encouragement to everyone we meet today. Across the world, from Perth to Christchurch, from Singapore to Dallas and Santiago, may every listener begin this day with renewed confidence, knowing that the Lord has gone before them and will never leave their side.
