Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” There are moments in life when the day ahead feels larger than we would like it to. A difficult conversation. An important decision. A challenge we did not expect. A responsibility we wish we could avoid. Sometimes it is not the size of the problem that troubles us. It is the feeling of facing it alone. Today’s scripture speaks directly into that fear. Before you arrive at today’s challenges, God is already there. Before you reach today’s questions, God already sees the answers. Before you take the next step, God is already walking beside you. Father, thank You that Your presence goes before me. Thank You that I do not have to create courage from my own strength or confidence from my own understanding. Jesus, stay close beside me today. When fear tries to speak loudly, remind me that You are near. When uncertainty tries to distract me, help me trust Your guidance. When I feel discouraged, help me remember that Your promises remain faithful. Lord, help me walk through this day with quiet confidence. Not because I know what tomorrow holds. But because I know You are with me today. Across the world, many people are facing situations that require courage, patience, and trust. From Houston to Melbourne, from Wellington to Manila and São Paulo, may hearts be strengthened today by the assurance that God goes before them, God walks beside them, and God remains faithful through every season.
