Deutsche Oper Berlin: "Gran Gala de Zarzuela"

Die Zarzuela ist eine frühe Form des spanischen Musiktheaters, vergleichbar mit der Operette oder der französischen Opéra comique. Sie entstand bereits im 17. Jahrhundert, parallel zur italienischen Oper, und wurde nach dem Palacio de la Zarzuela nahe Madrid benannt. Im Gegensatz zur Operette geriet die Gattung jedoch in Vergessenheit. Aber die Deutsche Oper hat sie wieder hervorgeholt und ihr einen Abend gewidmet. Kai Luehrs-Kaiser war bei der "Gran Gala de Zarzuela" am Samstag dabei.
