Developing a Godly practice

Principle practice of thankfulness was given by God to His people ages ago while they were in Egypt. God asked them to develop an attitude with pure religious practices of Passover. Before Passover night, the Lord gave clear and precise instructions to the Israelite people regarding the actual Passover event, how the Israelites were to leave Egypt, and the ritual and practices of the Passover tradition for generations to come. After directing the Israelites in the events of Passover night, Moses then informs the Israelites that they will be practicing a feast, a Passover feast, as a ritual for all the generations to come. Speaking on behalf of God, Moses says: "You must keep this(Remember) command as a law for you and your descendants from now on. 25 Do this when you go to the land the Lord has promised to give you. 26 When your children ask you, 'Why are we doing these things?' 27 you will say, 'This is the Passover sacrifice to honor the Lord . When we were in Egypt, the Lord passed over the houses of Israel, and when he killed the Egyptians, he saved our homes.'"
