Developing an Abundance Mindset Literally Takes Minutes Every Day

from The Manifest Movement

In this episode, Yvonne talks about the important role having an abundance mindset plays in manifestation, especially when it comes to money. She explains what an abundance mindset is and why most of us don´t naturally develop that mindset. An abundant mindset will change your life, and it is literally just a case of switching up how you think. Using simple examples Yvonne explains exactly how to do that by putting in just a little extra effort every day. KEY TAKEAWAYS When children see their parents constantly worried about money they worry too and often grow up with a scarcity mindset. If most of your thoughts surrounding money are negative for example “That is so expensive” you end up being stuck with a scarcity mindset. You don´t have to spend like crazy and rack up debt to develop an abundance mindset.  If you don´t have enough money for that Chanel handbag you like, think abundantly, by telling yourself that you will be able to buy it someday. Switch things around, instead of saying, This is so expensive, focus on the fact you have the money to buy it and say, “I am abundant.” Mentally celebrate discounts, bargains, and gifts to develop and reinforce your abundant mindset. Be generous. Buy someone a coffee or a gift and every time you do remind yourself that the fact that you have abundance in your life is what is enabling you to make that gift. Stop being limited in thinking about where money comes from. It´s not only from your income. Gifts, grants, discounts, free offers, barters, your business ideas, and more sources will generate the cash you need. BEST MOMENTS ‘You might as well be positive than stuck in negativity and in a rut about money. ´ ‘Stop limiting yourself to what your salary is, because you could come up with an idea, you could get into a side hustle.’ ‘Every time I tap my card to pay somebody I say, “I am abundant”.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES Website: pausepenny.com Instagram: @yvonnetchrakian_manifest @pause.penny LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/yvonne-tchrakian-64257619/ HOST BIO Yvonne started her career as a corporate lawyer for one of Ireland's top law firms.
