He grew up as a powerlifter and competed at the state level. While at Ohio State, he was in the ROTC program and his experiences have helped shaped his mindset into what it is today. Bryson is currently training for an Ultra-Marathon (50.1miles) by running over 127 miles a month. In this episode, we dive into some tips that might help you get out of a plateau, mentally and physically. We also discuss habits to create and ways to trick the brain into becoming more disciplined.
