Dhlamini denies wrongdoing at Madlanga Commission hearing

Suspended Tshwane Metro Police Department Deputy Chief Umashi Dhlamini has told the Madlanga Commission he was asked by the City of Tshwane's CFO to help resolve months of unpaid invoices to security companies, including Gubis 85. Dhlamini maintains he did not influence procurement and only forwarded publicly accessible records.
