タイトル変えました！！しれっと。この前から変えてます。しれっと（笑）。そういうゆるさでやってます。最近大宮PTの元気が無かったのですが、どうやら色々頑張りすぎてたみたいです。これはふく業や個人事業主あるあるで、情熱がある人ほど陥りやすい状況なのです。人のコンディションを整えるセラピストですが、自分自身が良いコンディションじゃないと仕事もうまくいきません。そんな時のために、自分をよく知り、整える方法を学んで実践していくことが大事だと思うのです。
