Día de Los Madres

Happy Mother’s Day 2022. This is a reminder for mothers to share their child 50/50 with the kids birth father. As someone whose parent chose not to deal with me it breaks my heart to see and hear men talking about fear of losing their rights to see their child due to baby mama drama. I am in no way blaming women because I know it’s a struggle that needs facing daily and I am not taking mens side over women. Just asking for you to reconsider using kids for leverage, power, and to hurt their other parent. Because if you don’t, you may end up regretting your behavior and have your kid(s) resent you in the long term. And I think you could agree that is a price far too high to simply ignore and not do anything about. Either way, hope your pain eases, your optimism grows and your resilience strengthens.
