Como cultura, estamos dotados de la creencia de que la ansiedad, cargada de preocupación, es una condición que existe en nuestra cabeza.Décadas de investigación psicofisiológica me han demostrado que, de hecho, la ansiedad está en nuestro cuerpo.Es incluso más exacto decir que está en nuestro sistema nervioso.Como otros animales, los humanos tenemos un sistema nervioso unificado.
