We revisiting a report written by an Idaho State Police Detective documenting surveillance of 2 Whitman County, Washington storage facilities by 3 ISP Detectives on Dec. 28-29, 2022 with Mr. Kohberger having left Whitman County over two weeks earlier on or about Dec. 13, 2022.
