New Direct Pricing and Incentives Released On February 10th, the base prices for the 5 current DVC resorts were increased, with Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and Aulani increasing to $243 per point, an $8 increase. The Villas at Disneyland Hotel also increased $3 to $248 per point.  New incentives have also been announced. A $1,000 flat offer is now on the books for new members for 200-point or higher contracts, and existing members 150-point contracts. In addition, another $1,000 is available for Disney Visa holders for 150-point or larger contracts. Each resort also has additional point discounts off of the base price starting at 100-points for existing members and 150-points for new members in addition to the $1000.  For example, new Riviera buyers can get $15 off at the 150-point purchase price, while current members see a $19 per point discount. Source: DVC News Other News The Tidal Pool at Beach Club has been closed for refurbishment until May 2026. It should be noted that this is NOT the quiet pool near the DVC rooms, which is listed as the Dunes Cove pool and was last refurbished in 2023.  Source: DVC News On February 15th, Typhoon Lagoon closed for its annual refurbishment and Blizzard Beach reopened in its place. The two water parks will both be open at the same time again starting on May 12th. A reminder that free water park entry for resort guests is scheduled for May 26th through September 8th 2026.
