Luke Sparke, an Australian writer-director known for action/sci-fi films like Occupation: Rainfall, Scurry, Bring Him to Me, and the recent dinosaur/war mashup, Primitive War. Blending his background in costume and prop work for large military productions (like Spielberg's The Pacific) with a passion for genre cinema, aiming for big-scale, effects-driven features with military authenticity and heart, often wearing multiple hats as producer, editor, and designer.  He specializes in large-scale action, sci-fi, and horror, often independently producing films that Hollywood studios deemed too risky. Today, we are taking about his incredible independent blockbuster PRIMITIVE WAR, which is placed in Vietnam during the war in 1968. A recon unit known as Vulture Squad is sent to an isolated jungle valley to uncover the fate of a missing Green Beret platoon. They soon discover they are not alone.
