My name is Sean Gold and I am author, advocate, and nonverbal public speaker for the disability community. Today I would like to thank Josh Rettig for being my voice in this episode. Guest bio: Malakai (he/they) is a public speaker, writer and mental health advocate ; who is working toward becoming a licensed therapist to help bridge the gaps between the disability and LGBTQIA+ communities. Malakai holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Nebraska and a graduate certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is currently pursing a Master’s of Social Work at Capella University. He currently resides in Southern California.
