Disagreeing is not disagreeable

We can all agree that disagreeable people are some of the hardest to work with, constantly shooting down ideas without providing anything constructive in return.  These types of people can quickly put a strain on any organization if left unchecked. However, we need to be careful not to lump disagreement into the category of disagreeable.
