Following Jesus means becoming less concerned with what we can gain and more surrendered to who He is forming us to become. And real discipleship doesn’t stop with us. It gives us an assignment, produces fruit, and eventually helps someone else follow Jesus too. You were never called simply to be discipled. It was never just about you.
