My guest is Coach Venable he was awarded NSCA Strength Of America Award in 2016, the Nebraska State High School Weight Training Program of the year in 2017 and the NHSSCA Mid-West Regional Strength Coach of the Year in 2018, NSCA Strength Of America Award 2019. @coachvenable resume is astounding, and includes ownership of CrossFit Results, Athletic Results Performance Training; his duties as Assistant Strength Coach at Immaculata High School (’08-’09); MidAmerica Nazarene University (’09-’12), Nebraska Weightlifting Club, Lincoln High School and currently North Star High School.  He has numerous certifications (approx. 30) to include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA, USA Weightlifting Level 2, Poliquin Strength Principles, DNS, FMS, RPR and PPA.  From 1990 to 2012 Venable was employed by the Department of Justice as a Lieutenant, Special Operations Response Team Leader and a Recreation Specialist. Venable has served in the U.S. Army for seven years from 1981-1988 as an infantry soldier.  He was stationed at Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska and at Schofield Barracks in Honolulu, HI.
