Now, she works to speak out against domestic and sexual assault. She reminds those who are still dealing with this problem that there is a way out and encourages them to go to experts who can give them the resources to start over safely. Tune in to hear how Ashley found the strength to rebuild her life after these hardships.Our final caller, Jahisha, is an athlete who, because of a recent injury, has had to end the season prematurely. She wants to know how she can make sure she comes back from this time off stronger and ready to go for the next season. Nancy advises her to first look online for things other athletes in similar situations have done to keep themselves in shape and motivated during the healing process.
