Cohesia Connect, Connecting Conversations - Through stories shared, we R.I.S.E In this next episode of Connecting Conversations, we were delighted to converse with Jennie. Through her expertise, knowledge and reflection on her lived experience; we sought to understand the terminology of ‘disability’ and its use in today’s society. We also used this space to discuss how perceptions around disability have evolved within the workforce and in education spaces. At a time when conversations around diversity and inclusion have become heightened, this discussion around disability allows us to reflect and take stock of what more can be done.
