Disinformation Board. It's Too Late to Stop the Custodian of Speech.

What is truth? The dictionary says that which is true in accordance with fact or realty.  In realty it's history that is written down in a factual format using data and testimony. What is disinformation gossip?  It's the opposite of truth.  Who should decide if it's truth or lying, Each listener.  What is freedom of speech?  It's the speaker having facts based on reality. Following is the author's poetic definition. TRUTH            Truth which needs justice Is only a folly,           Our courts do not decide The truth,            Truth which needs interpretation,             Laws being the proof of true,             Laws being the proof of false            Is rational man’s need to conform             Justice is only an interpretation             Of a rational civil reform             Truth isn’t the right from wrong              It’s the fortune given by nature              It’s the sensitivity of the soul              It’s the peace of believing in freedom              It’s God              It’s belief             For only God is truth             Not the courts of justice             Not mortal proof             Who is right or wrong?              Is not truth              Until history tells us              With facts as the        Judge of poetry is you  Not me in the confession booth  It’s how it applies to your stew  That’s truth Can truth be controlled by a Disinformation Board.  How could it, when it requires a personal interpretation of history in the making.  When there are no facts or data supporting that decision.  So called disinformation is gossip propaganda to twist the truth.  Twisted truth or personal opinion aren't truth. Yet.  Freedom of speech therefore, must be an ideal until the ideology controls its validity.  The constitution is a way to enforce the idea and practice protects the ideology.   Will Elon Musk, as principle owner of Twitter be the curator of truth or Zuckerberg of Face book or the President of the USA or the Secretary General of the UN?  Doubtful due to circumstances that try to misinterpret history.  Logic says that the proposed Disinformation Board as a responsibility of HHS or Congress will always be political with a two party political system.  With a swing vote party it might be possible to police speech but only in a historical manner.
