So it's just, on all these levels, it can be just so unrealistic for people.”“We're transitioning into - we want authenticity. We want to feel good about ourselves. We want to not achieve a perfect standard, we just want to be ourselves.”“I think showing up in any way that's not authentic to yourself is really not giving yourself a chance and also not giving the person you're meeting a chance to get to actually know you. They’re getting to know your avatar.”“If you enter that world, and you don't really understand yourself apart from it, it can get a little fuzzy. And you start to morph into these influencers and become someone that you aren't.”“At the end of the day, you're helping the world in some way by standing true to what you think is right.”
