Disregarding Judgement

For most of my life, I sought external validation. Meaning, I thought when everyone around me liked me, I’d finally be happy with myself. However, this was my mindset because I didn’t exactly like myself so I wanted to feel validated from others liking me. But now I’m able to see that once you like yourself… that’s the greatest feat. In this podcast I talk about how LITERALLY NO ONE cares about what you’re doing (in the best way possible) and how you are meant to use your god-given passions and skills - not to suppress them in fear of other peoples judgement.
