Distracted in a Digital World

Lost in The Waltons, a 1963 t.v. show, Cindy relishes the slow pace of family life during the Depression on a mountain in Virginia. Void of special effects, fast pace or background music what a change from now! Today’s attention span is now less than the 8 seconds of a gold fish. What's happened to the mind? How responsible is the digital world? Overstimulated and restless no wonder we are stressed. Ask Cindy -"How do we make the inside our own?" "How do we control the inner world?" And more. This show is broadcast live on Monday's at 2PM ET on W4CY Radio – (www.w4cy.com) part of Talk 4 Radio (http://www.talk4radio.com/) on the Talk 4 Media Network (http://www.talk4media.com/).
