Distressed- Relief

Have you ever worried to the point that you couldn’t eat, sleep, or concentrate on anything else but your issue? You may have been waiting for the result of an exam at school or the results of a medical test. In those times, most of our thoughts range between confidence and fear. Once we receive the results, we experience relief, even if the news is not as good as we had hoped. This Sunday as we finish our Distressed series, we will identify truths that if practiced, will give us relief from the most distressing situations. If you need some relief - join us!
