In the final message of the "SHAPE" series, Pastor Andrew contrasts the world's secular narratives—which often paint human existence as an accidental, meaningless biological occurrence—with the biblical truth that every person is intentionally crafted by God. Drawing from Psalm 139, he highlights how God knitted each person together in their mother's womb, knowing every day of their lives before one came to be, and delighting in them with thoughts more numerous than the grains of sand on Earth. Andrew emphasises that while believers are uniquely shaped with spiritual gifts, heart passions, abilities, personality, and experiences, they are also continuously being refined by God, much like raw sapphires being cut and polished. At the end of this sermon, a panel of church leaders (David, Heather and Nathan) then shared how their individual SHAPE influences their daily roles, blending unique backgrounds like biomedical science, nursing, and board leadership with spiritual gifts like shepherding and practical help.
