Divorce from Mistakes

from Battle Plan Hosted by Nate Battle

Making mistakes is something every one of us do. It is a normal part of progress, growth, and personal development. They can provide us with prime learning opportunities. Regardless of the size of the mistake or how much time, energy, or effort we put into making it, no amount of continuing down a path that does not serve us will make the mistake better or no longer a mistake. Most likely, that approach will only cause more harm than good. When it comes to our mistakes, we are best served to acknowledge and embrace them. Growth can be found in looking for the lesson or learning to be had, forgiving ourselves and others, regardless of whether they apologize, and then letting go of the mistake to move forward. Healing from the mistake is aided by applying the learning(s) we gained. If this video resonated with you, consider giving it a like and share it with others.
