Do Not Be Anxious…Difficult times ahead.

Anxiety is an ailment that affects a great number of human beings of all ages causing several impairments and disorders that can have many causes with stress being an important one. However, at the root of those causes, fear -the opposite of love - appears to be the most important source of anxiety. Stress appears at home, at work, at school, in our relationships, in our finances, from global incidents, political issues, or unpredictable events. Then fear sets in. And lack of love has been the detonator. Yes, we humans are not perfect, and we have imperfect love concerning ourselves and others. Christ, the son of God, when He came to this world as Jesus of Nazareth invited us not to be anxious at all in our daily living because we have a loving Father that is behind us at all times and that will take care of all our needs, provided that we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. But apparently, we have found it very difficult to do that because we have many other gods in this dark world: money, the flesh, power, and our egos just to mention some. The author, in this short audio, tries to present our anxiety as a predicament that can be solved if we only turn our hearts into the only reality there is and the only perfect love we can have access to that of our Father in heaven who has been revealed by Jesus Christ as our never-ending source of serenity and well being.
