Sheriff Mack, Founder of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) educates citizens as well as sheriffs and other peace officers on the Constitution and their limitations of power, according to the Constitution. We sat down with Sheriff Richard Mack and CSPOA State Director, Kirk Launius talking on the importance of having Constitutional Sheriffs. These two discuss the importance of the CSPOA organization and how we need to bring the power back to the citizens.
