Documents Ordered Unsealed Dec. 18, 2025 - Still Sealed Today

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment concerning the highly sealed Idaho v. Kohberger criminal case which continues to be highly sealed today 8 months post-closure back in July 2025. We discuss the court's December 18, 2025 court order directing multiple documents to be unsealed which are still sealed from public disclosure today.
