In this chapter God declares to Hezekiah that he is going to die, but then Hezekiah prays for healing and God hears His prayer and tells him that he will live 15 more years. This brings about the question, does God change His mind? As we will see in this chapter, it is not that God changes His mind, but rather that He doesn't change His nature and character.
