Doing Is The Antidote To Suffering

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

This weeks podcast will be a short but hard hitting chat where I will give my $.02 on the idea posed in the title of the podcast. We are often told that we are great the way we are, or that we shouldn't push kids to win and do the best they can and I am of the opinion that this is wrong. You may be fine the way you are, but you could be better and in the process of trying to become better you are DOING something. Doing nothing and not doing anything to better yourself to reach your goals is the quickest way to suffering and in my opinion is a big reason why there has been a rise in mental health issues over the past decade or so. This is just one mans opinion and I hope you find value in what I have to say and I do hope it sparks conversation on the topic.
