Dolly Parton's legendary life on display, Dierks Bentley loses sleep over daughter | Music City Minute

Renaissance woman Dolly Parton was on-hand for the opening of a brand new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville called Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker. The exhibit illustrates the living legend's more than 60-year career through special artifacts like clothes, awards, handwritten lyrics, instruments, photos and more. Having her success laid out in a linear way, the "Jolene" singer said it has been a long way from the top of the Smoky Mountains to the top of the world and it’s wonderful to see her little girl dreams come true. Dolly Parton: The Journey of a Seeker, is open now at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and will run through September 2026. Dierks Bentley has opened up about his 16-year-old daughter Evie dating, and he has surprised himself how laid back he is about the situation. While he might not be like the overbearing dad in "What Was I Thinking," he still has that protective parent impulse to stay up until his daughter gets home safe.
