I catch up with the amazing Rachel Leduc and review her journey with the Enneagram. Rachel is a marketing manager, speaker, author and coach. She leads with Type 8. Rachel is a great example of the gifts and natural superpowers of the Eight structure. Eights are a force in the world. They get stuff done. While some may find the Eight's passion and energy intimidating, Eights are motivated by a tender heart and genuine passion to create needed change. As Rachel says, the rest of us don't need to be afraid of their energy.
