When you have a health plan that you've subscribed to - it can often be a challenge to maintain your goals when you're at a party. In November we group batch birthdays into one MEGA party. This year it was based at an all you can eat venue - The Braybrook Hotel. What helps us is troubleshooting where we may go wrong and what we need to do to keep ourselves on the straight and narrow path. Sometimes you just have to do the hard things to get the rewards!
