Milton Tyree, from Marc Gold and Associates, opens his presentation by encouraging us not to believe everything we think, explaining how personal and societal assumptions can be unhelpful when it comes to finding meaningful employment for people with disability. Instead, Milton encourages us to take a person-centred approach to employment by beginning with a process called Discovery.
