It's not easy being in a dark place in your life, and it can also be down right scary. I get it, because some years ago that was me for a long time. It's easy for people to tell you to just get over something, or tell you to quote positive words that mean absolutely nothing to you. What is not always easy is finding the will and the support to come out of that dark space, or even the belief that you can. You are not alone, and you can get to a place of peace, love and joy.
