Always Do Your Best Renown spiritual leader and international best-selling author, Don Miguel Ruiz, introduced ‘The Four Agreements’ concept over twenty years ago. ‘The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom’ book offers a code of conduct based on ancient Toltec wisdom that advocates freedom from self-limiting beliefs that may cause suffering and limitation in a person's life. He sees our major problem as our fear of being ourselves. Most of the trouble in our lives we bring upon ourselves as judge, victim, and hostage to societal belief systems, laws, and practices.
