El "Tast vertical" d'aquesta setmana és un programa monovarietal: el dediquem al trepat, una varietat de raïm autòctona de la Conca de Barberà que fins no fa gaires anys era poc valorada, però que actualment està en auge. Parlem d'aquests vins amb Carles Andreu, el primer vinicultor que es va decidir a fer un vi negre de trepat, una varietat que tradicionalment es feia servir per a rosats. També ens acompanya Ricard Sebastià Foraster, president de la DO Conca de Barberà i director del celler Josep Foraster, que produeix un vi negre de trepat reconegut internacionalment.
