Karen A from Israel and  Doug L from South Africa talk about how helping others is the foundation stone in recovery  iin this Reco12 Afro-Euro Speaker Meeting and share their experience, strength, and hope.   Here is a little about Doug LDoug L, a recovering addict, entered Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) in 2013 to address my severe drug and alcohol addiction. It took Doug slightly over a year to achieve sobriety and confront the consequences of his actions. With over 10 years in the recovery program, he now serves as a sponsor, guiding others through the BB sponsorship guide. He embraces each day, knowing that a caring and powerful God is available to all that seek him, even during the challenging moments.
