Dow Will Test 12,000
from Market Watch · host BFM Media
Dr Michael Yoshikami, President and Chief Investment Strategist at YCMNet Advisors, believes it's unlikely that President Obama will reintroduce the Homeland Investment Act, and will instead focus on economic stimulus measures. FOMC is expected to maintain the same posture this Wednesday. Yoshikami believes the fed fund futures traders are ahead of itself by one year in expectations of interest rate rise. He believes the Dow will see double digit gains this year and could stay above 12,000 but it will be a choppy market and the index could go down to 11,000.
