In the wake of the recent worldwide Drone invasion, we thought it was time to look back on the pre-drone experimental Hiller flying platforms. Commissioned by the U.S military in the mid-1950s and deemed impractical for their use, this mantle was then picked up by maverick & outsider engineers to further its development.
