Today is Thursday, and I'm off on another adventure. My first stop is the rec center, where I'll do some indoor biking and then wade in the cold, shallow pool. It's a nice sunny day, and I plan to be done by about 11:00. After an hour at the rec center and a 30-minute bike ride downtown, I need to visit a Chinese shop for some special ingredients.
