Please consult your own physician before making any changes to your health regimen.Today I’m joined by a special guest and a man keeping Southeastern Minnesota healthy, Dr. Adam Fletcher. Dr. Fletcher is a Medical Doctor who joined Winona Health in 2017. He earned a medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He then completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota followed by a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Fletcher sees patients in Family Medicine and Orthopedics Sports Medicine and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, but has special interests as an athlete. His goal is to support everyone in their activity of choice, whether that be through formal sport and competition or taking advantage of the wonderful recreational opportunities that Winona provides. In his free time, Dr. Fletcher enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as exploring Southeastern Minnesota.
