At home she’s a wife and mother of three beautiful young girls. On the field and court she’s an athletic coach. I often wonder how she gets it all done and then repeats this day after day. Today’s guest is my sister Mollee. Since the time we were in high school, Mollee was able to do it all, while making it look easy and effortless. It’s back-to-school season and there is no better time to talk about how we make healthy eating a priority amidst the chaos that comes with this time of year. In today’s episode, Mollee and I discuss a variety of nutritional challenges presented to busy parents. We break things down into two separate subcategories, both how parents may struggle with their own personal nutrition, as well as providing nutritious options for their children. We hope you find this to be a valuable discussion that provides some new tools in your healthy eating toolbox. Let’s welcome Mollee Bjerke to the Keep Riding the Wave Podcast.
