Celebrating Dr. Christine Bastl during Women's History Month.  Dr. Bastl is a mother, grandmother, sister, friend, women’s advocate, mentor, professor emeritus and practicing physician specializing in kidney disease at Temple University Hospital.   She was the first woman named Section Chief at Temple where she was Chief of Nephrology. She is a board certified nephrologist and as well in internal medicine. Dr. Bastl has been practicing medicine and healing patients for over 50 years.
