After graduating cum laude in Philosophy from Brooklyn College, he earned his medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada. He went on to complete his internship and residency at the University of Connecticut, where he was named Intern of the Year. Today, he is dedicated to helping patients understand the critical role of sleep in overall health and well-being.
