Dr. Erica Zelfand is an integrative family physician. She is deeply committed to a patient-centered, root-cause-oriented, nature-honoring approach to healing. After completing a residency in family medicine, Dr. Zelfand pursued additional post-doctorate training in pediatrics and opened an independent integrative medical clinic in Oregon, where she was surprised to find that a staggering percentage of her patients were children battling ADHD and adults struggling with hormonal imbalances and related mood disorders.
