Dr. Erica Zelfand is an integrative family physician. She is deeply committed to a patient-centered, root-cause-oriented, nature-honoring approach to healing. After completing a residency in family medicine, Dr. Zelfand pursued additional post-doctorate training in pediatrics and opened an independent integrative medical clinic in Oregon, where she was surprised to find that a staggering percentage of her patients were children battling ADHD and adults struggling with hormonal imbalances and related mood disorders. Dr. Zelfand is one of the first physicians in the country to enroll in above-board training in MDMA-assisted therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).
