Dr Mario Romanas is welcomed tonight to talk about Adaptive Disorder.  Adjustment aka Adaptive disorder is an excessive reaction to a stressful or traumatic event. Stressors could be a relationship issue, job problem, health change, or any other negative or positive life event. This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery.
