Dr. Perrotte talks about the role of gratitude in battling burnout and stress.

from Menopause Stories with Dr Tamara Beckford

Have you seen the news lately? Stress and burnout are real. I am excited to chat with Dr. Perrotte about ways we can overcome some of our daily stress. Dr. Perrotte is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a Certified Wellness Coach who went from being burned out after 15 plus years as a Hospitalist out of 17 years of practicing medicine. The burnout got worse with the arrival of her twins, including one who had special needs. Through coaching, she found the tools to move from barely surviving to thrive. I help women physicians who are stressed, languishing, and burned out from dealing with the quakes of life both professional and personal to find their voice and reclaim their life. I was able to get to the other side and thrive due to coaching. I am passionate about helping other women do the same.
